Business Development Manager - EPC

About the role

Join a leading engineering and management consultancy delivering contract management, claims, dispute resolution and advisory services across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on generating, developing and closing strategic consulting opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction and engineering.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants and major project stakeholders.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and generate revenue.
• Lead the full business development cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and contract award.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to create tailored client solutions.
• Manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across the Saudi market and support pre‑qualification, tender and vendor registration processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 6‑10 years of business development or commercial experience in engineering consulting, EPC, claims consulting or related professional services.
• Proven success in winning consulting or advisory assignments in Saudi Arabia and an established network of developers, contractors and consultants.
• Strong understanding of contract management, claims and project delivery environments.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
