Business Development Manager – Fintech Growth

About the role

As a Business Development Manager at BKN301, you will drive the company’s organic growth in Saudi Arabia by uncovering new opportunities within the fintech ecosystem and turning them into sustainable revenue streams. You will act as the bridge between market potential and execution, supporting the firm’s strategic expansion in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments and growth areas within the fintech ecosystem.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to generate commercial insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and key industry stakeholders.
• Generate qualified opportunities through networking, events, conferences, referrals and direct outreach.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Support deal structuring, commercial negotiations and offer preparation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between market demand, customer expectations and company priorities.
• Maintain visibility on pipeline development and growth initiatives through regular reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships or account management.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities and build commercial pipelines.
