Business Development Manager – Fitness & Wellness Events

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth of RX's fitness and wellness exhibitions in Saudi Arabia. You will secure strategic partnerships, attract sponsors and exhibitors, and expand the brand’s presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and close sponsorship, exhibitor and strategic partnership agreements.
• Design and implement business development strategies to increase event participation.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the fitness and wellness industry.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach efforts.
• Represent RX’s FIBO and Aluminum shows at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or partnership roles within the events sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Saudi market and regional business practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Results‑driven, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
