The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Alfanar Projects by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting decisions with robust financial analysis. This role blends commercial acumen with analytical expertise to expand revenue streams in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential businesses to diversify revenue streams.
• Develop and implement client acquisition and partnership strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Analyze new markets, create entry strategies, and oversee execution.
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, contracts, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Foster investor relationships and align solutions with their mandates.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of business development experience, preferably in construction.
• MBA or a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
