Business Development Manager – Industrial Business (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the industrial sector across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering profitable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Generate leads, conduct market research, and identify potential projects and customers.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and progress reports.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within the industrial sector.
• Strong network within the Saudi industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas or infrastructure market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Experience in tendering, contract negotiation and commercial management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
