Business Development Manager

About the role

The Group Business Development Manager will drive new business, revenue growth and strategic market expansion across the Group’s diversified portfolio. The role focuses on identifying new clients, projects, markets and partnerships while leveraging the combined capabilities of the Group’s companies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives, building a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across Saudi Arabia, including cross‑company solutions and new sector entry.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and strategic partners.
• Monitor upcoming projects, tenders and contracts, supporting proposal preparation and follow‑up.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and regular business development reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial roles, with strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Proven track record of generating new business and converting opportunities into contracts.
• Experience with major industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, construction or infrastructure clients is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with business development/CRM tools.
