Business Development Manager – Makkah Region

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth strategy for the Makkah Region Cluster of Fakeeh Care Group. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding hospital and medical centre services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Business Development strategy for the Makkah Region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities that support hospital and medical centre growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate organisations, government entities, insurers, employers and healthcare partners.
• Create referral networks with physicians, clinics and hospitals to increase patient flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Medical Leadership to pinpoint service gaps and design expansion plans.
• Work with Marketing on campaigns that boost patient volume and brand awareness.
• Lead contract negotiations and partnership discussions with external organisations.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and industry developments.
• Prepare monthly reports on pipeline, opportunities, revenue impact and performance.
• Represent the organisation at conferences, networking events and business meetings.
• Support tender submissions and strategic proposals for public and private sector opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, Commercial Strategy or Healthcare Business Development.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English and Arabic.
