Business Development Manager – Media & Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth for our media, advertising, production and filming operations in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing high‑impact projects across brands, agencies and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies and government sectors.
• Generate leads, nurture prospects and convert them into signed projects.
• Present company capabilities, lead client meetings and deliver compelling pitches.
• Prepare and manage RFP responses, project proposals and government tenders.
• Coordinate internally with creative, production and finance teams to deliver competitive offers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams and event organizers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and high‑demand sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in media, advertising or production.
• Proven track record in handling proposals, RFPs and client pitches.
• Strong network within the Saudi market is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Basic understanding of production workflows.
