Business Development Manager – Saudi Construction & Giga‑Projects

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saudi Arabia’s construction, development and giga‑project sectors. The ideal candidate has a strong network, a proven record of closing high‑value deals, and experience with major players such as ROSHN, Qiddiya and Red Sea Global.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout the Saudi market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Lead revenue‑generation strategies and market‑expansion plans.
• Manage negotiations, commercial discussions and contract closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and strategic sales.
• Strong existing relationships within the Saudi market.
• Direct experience with projects involving ROSHN, Qiddiya or Red Sea Global.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and business development platforms.
