Business Development Manager – School Liaison Specialist

About the role

The Business Development Manager – School Liaison Specialist will drive student acquisition for English Path’s Riyadh centre. Acting as the brand’s market‑facing ambassador, you will build and convert relationships with schools, counsellors, families and community groups into enrolment revenue for premium language and university pathway programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the school‑generated lead pipeline, moving prospects from enquiry to enrolment and deposit payment using active CRM tracking.
• Conduct consultative sales consultations with students and parents, advising on entry requirements, visa processes and academic pathways.
• Identify and secure formal “Feeder School” agreements with private, international and bilingual high schools across Riyadh.
• Develop and execute an annual school‑engagement calendar, including university fairs, guest lectures, diagnostic testing days and soft‑skills workshops.
• Organise on‑campus events such as Open Days, parent information sessions and trial classes to boost brand visibility.
• Onboard, train and manage local sub‑agents and freelance referral networks, providing up‑to‑date programme information.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to create localized promotional collateral and Riyadh‑specific social media campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Valid KSA driving licence and personal vehicle for regular travel within Riyadh.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and meetings.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities.
• Experience in education sales, B2C recruitment or partnership development.

Required skills

• CRM (customer relationship management) systems proficiency.
