Business Development Manager – Security Guarding Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives within the security guarding sector in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and securing contracts through tenders and negotiations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for the security guarding market.
• Identify, pursue and close new client opportunities, projects, tenders and contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government and private‑sector customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract signing, including commercial proposals and negotiations.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing and growth opportunities in the Saudi security services sector.
• Achieve defined sales and revenue targets while ensuring contract renewals and account growth.
• Coordinate with Operations to guarantee successful delivery of secured contracts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 10–15 years of business development and sales experience, preferably in security guarding, security services or facilities management.
• Proven track record with government and private‑sector tenders and contract negotiations.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi market and security services industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
