Masterworks is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join its analytics team. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather analytical requirements.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to produce detailed reports and interactive dashboards.
• Design and implement innovative data models to improve reporting efficiency.
• Conduct regular data quality reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision‑making.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in business intelligence and analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
