Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our fast‑paced, self‑accountable team delivering enterprise‑level products for local and global markets. The analyst will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights supporting business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana.
• Build and maintain KPI scorecards, trend analyses and performance dashboards for executive and operational audiences.
• Enable self‑service analytics by creating reusable data models, templates and guided analytics.
• Establish data‑visualization standards, branding and accessibility guidelines.
• Automate scheduled reports and alerts.
• Support design, development and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse, including dimensional modelling (star/snowflake schemas).
• Create and maintain semantic data models, calculated measures and hierarchies for analytical consumption.
• Write and optimise complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics.
• Maintain data definitions, lineage and cataloguing for all BI assets.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data analysis requests from business teams.

Required profile

• At least 60 months (5 years) of experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization and data warehousing.
• Hands‑on expertise with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Grafana.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data‑warehouse concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand data requirements.
