Business Process Consultant

About the role

Jadaya is looking for a Business Process Consultant to join its Professional Services team. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise Business Process Management solutions using the ARIS platform, helping clients improve efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business process discovery, analysis, documentation and optimisation initiatives on ARIS.
• Design, configure and implement ARIS solutions including Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Process Mining, Reporting, Dashboards and ARIS Connect.
• Develop custom reports, scripts, macros and automation using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
• Conduct process‑mining engagements, analyse operational data and identify bottlenecks, compliance issues and improvement opportunities.
• Create interactive dashboards with ARIS Dashboards, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation and modelling to support analytics and process‑intelligence initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, business interviews and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Configure workflow automation and governance processes for approvals and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants and troubleshoot complex ARIS implementations.
• Support integrations between ARIS and SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, HR systems, ERP platforms and document‑management solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with the ARIS platform and BPM concepts.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformation projects.
