Business Project Manager

About the role

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Business Project Manager, driving end‑to‑end delivery of client projects that support global healthcare initiatives. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic client projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, aligning technical and service delivery with client expectations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with ≥5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with ≥7 years in project management or client‑facing roles.
• Experience in the clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech sectors is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and project‑management tools.
• Expertise in budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems.
