Business Solutions Manager

About the role

The Business Solutions Manager leads the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise business applications across the organization. You will ensure that ERP, POS, HRMS, mobile apps, and integration platforms are stable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications (ERP, POS, HRMS, WMS, mobile apps).
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all systems.
• Lead Level 2/3 incident support, change requests, and system enhancements.
• Manage a team of functional consultants, analysts, and support specialists.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and foster continuous skill development.
• Collaborate with department heads to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Lead process mapping, redesign, and integration projects.
• Conduct UAT, training, documentation, and go‑live activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, SOWs, SLAs, licensing, and contract renewals.
• Control application budgets and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
• 12+ years of experience managing business applications in FMCG, retail or manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, sales, retail operations and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
