Business Support & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Adopt2Scale is seeking a proactive Business Support & Operations Coordinator to assist with daily operations, client onboarding, and international business activities across Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating with government platforms, service providers, and external stakeholders while ensuring smooth execution of business delegations and corporate visits.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operational and administrative activities.
• Support client onboarding, ongoing communications, and documentation.
• Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and prepare reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Plan and execute business delegations, site visits, networking activities, and business programs for international investors and delegates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for investors and business partners before, during, and after their visits.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, hospitality, or business support.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with international clients, investors, and senior professionals.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
