Buyer – Facilities Management (FM)

About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team within the Facilities Management (FM) sector. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, from sourcing to order completion.
- Evaluate quotations, negotiate pricing, and select suitable suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Create, update, and maintain supplier accounts and records.
- Monitor purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and expedite urgent orders.
- Verify deliveries and coordinate invoice approvals for payment processing.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer in a Facilities Management company.
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management within the FM industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
