Cabin Crew – Recruitment Event

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to represent Saudi hospitality on a global stage. Based in Lisbon for a recruitment event, successful candidates will join a digitally native airline that connects the Kingdom to more than 100 destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier passenger service while ensuring safety and security throughout each flight.
• Represent the airline’s brand and Saudi warmth, creating memorable moments for guests.
• Follow all safety, emergency, and service procedures in the cabin.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least one year of customer‑facing experience (hospitality, retail, etc.).
• Height of at least 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident swimmer able to use flotation devices.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Willingness to obtain a Saudi work visa and relocate to Riyadh.
