About the role
The CAM Field Specialist (MRD Specialist) ensures safe, accurate and on‑time delivery of products and services to customers operating at well sites, plants or job locations across Saudi Arabia. The role combines hands‑on equipment handling with customer engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with reliable product and service delivery while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform MRD seal assembly and oversee rig‑up and rig‑down of equipment.
- Conduct job risk analyses and participate in continuous improvement programs.
- Mentor junior staff and support competency development events.
- Engage with customers to promote company products and services.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of relevant field experience.
- Proven expertise in MRD seal assembly and equipment rig‑up/rig‑down.
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work on‑site at well sites or plants.
- Experience mentoring and supporting team development.
