About the role
The Camp Boss is responsible for overseeing all aspects of camp operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. This role supports the day‑to‑day functioning of the camp and coordinates with various teams to maintain high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily camp operations, including facilities, logistics, and security.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of on‑site staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
- Address resident concerns promptly and maintain a positive camp atmosphere.
Required profile
- Valid and transferable Iqama (residence permit) is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of relevant camp or site management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
