Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst – Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a Capabilities & Insights Analytics Analyst to join our consulting teams focused on healthcare. In this position you will apply quantitative analysis, AI/ML techniques and data‑driven thinking to help public bodies, insurers and providers solve complex challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and model large healthcare data sets to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and maintain proprietary analytics platforms.
• Develop interactive dashboards and AI/ML models using both low‑code/no‑code tools and Python.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to translate technical results into business recommendations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data‑driven solution portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large, complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
