Carpenter – Engineering Department

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join the Engineering team at Shebara Resort. The successful candidate will construct, install, and maintain wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and guest comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood for furniture, doors, cabinets, partitions, moldings, flooring, ceilings, and custom woodwork.
• Install frameworks for walls, floors, and other structural elements according to project specifications.
• Inspect existing wooden elements, perform repairs, refinishing, polishing, and touch‑ups as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff on renovation and restoration projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely, maintaining tool inventory and adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry within a hospitality or construction environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to work on‑site and coordinate with engineers, designers, and other trades.
