About the role

We are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team on diverse projects that include construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures across our hotel portfolio. The role requires mastery of hand and power tools, accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical drawings, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Key responsibilities

• Construct and frame structural elements for new builds and renovations.
• Install, adjust, and repair fixtures, fittings, and interior finishes.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and project teams to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a carpenter in construction or hospitality environments.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of material measurement, cutting, and assembly techniques.
• Experience with structural framing and finish carpentry.
• Commitment to safety regulations and building code compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to work independently when required.
