Carpenter & Painter for Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Painter to join the engineering team at Hyatt Place Al Ula. The successful candidate will carry out carpentry and painting maintenance tasks to keep the hotel’s facilities in excellent condition.

Key responsibilities

• Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel.
• Carry out painting and finishing work as required.
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Follow safety procedures and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a carpenter, painter, or similar role, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance efficiently.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible shifts.
• Excellent English communication.
