Cashier

About the role

The Shahini Group is seeking a diligent Cashier to manage invoicing, cash handling, and inventory control at its Riyadh branch. You will ensure accurate financial records, support accounts receivable processes, and maintain the integrity of cash and inventory operations.

Key responsibilities

• Match invoices with payments in the SAP system.
• Maintain correct customer balances to protect accounts receivable.
• Perform physical counts of branch inventory and cash, reconciling with SAP.
• Conduct weekly counts of on‑hand trucks and adjust stock as needed.
• Follow up on customer dues to avoid overdue cases.
• Reconcile daily sales and receivables from handheld terminals and SAP for van sales representatives.
• Verify receiving stamps on invoices to confirm correct delivery.
• Organise, control and safekeep all financial documents.
• Develop daily sales analysis by representative, product and customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years experience handling cash transactions daily.
• Good understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of treasury and cash‑management practices.
• Proficient English communication (written, read and spoken).

Required skills

• SAP (financial/accounting module).
