Catering Supervisor

About the role

A customer-oriented, sales-driven Catering Supervisor is sought for a position in Khobar within the restaurant or hospitality industry. The role covers managing catering inquiries and orders, coordinating events and bookings, delivering excellent customer service and supporting business growth through sales and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and introduce the restaurant's catering services and offerings
• Receive, coordinate and follow up on daily catering orders, corporate orders and special event requests
• Prepare and present suitable offers and packages based on clients' needs
• Manage bookings, confirm order details and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other teams to ensure order accuracy, quality and timely delivery
• Monitor orders from initial inquiry through preparation and delivery
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate new sales
• Maintain accurate records of orders, bookings and customer requests

Required profile

• Previous experience in catering, restaurants, hotels, hospitality or customer service
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency preferred
• Preferably based in Saudi Arabia and legally eligible to work in the Kingdom
