Chairman Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Chairman Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Chairman’s office. The role demands meticulous calendar coordination, strategic communication, and flawless execution of travel and meeting logistics to support senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, including board meetings and international conferences.
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison with VIP clients, board members, and senior executives.
• Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming reports, memos, and sensitive documents.
• Plan and execute multi‑destination travel itineraries, covering private aviation, ground transport, and accommodation.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials; record official minutes for daily meetings.
• Oversee executive floor operations, supervise support staff, and enforce executive protocols.
• Track confidential projects and follow up on decisions with department heads.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in office management or executive assistance to top‑tier leadership.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
• Strong multitasking capabilities and professional communication skills.
