Channel Programs Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Sartorius is seeking a Channel Programs Manager (x|f|m) to lead marketing initiatives for its sales partners across the Middle East & Africa. The role focuses on designing, executing and measuring channel‑focused campaigns that drive lead generation, product adoption and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Select, develop and launch effective marketing programs and promotional tools for regional partners.
• Create lead‑generation strategies and collaborate with partners to promote products.
• Plan, budget, execute and report on channel campaigns, measuring performance against KPIs.
• Organise sales conferences, trainings, seminars and other partner events, handling logistics, budgeting and post‑event invoicing.
• Design partner‑centric product launch packages and support sales‑enablement training.
• Enhance partners' e‑business capabilities in coordination with Digital Commerce specialists.
• Work with Master Data Management and Product Marketing teams to ensure accurate product data across partner sites.
• Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven marketing experience, preferably in life‑sciences or a comparable industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management proficiency.
• Familiarity with laboratory product portfolios.
• Ability to define, measure and monitor channel marketing KPIs.
• Fluent in English; Arabic required for regional engagement.
