Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

The organization, owned by the Public Investment Fund, is transforming from a traditional scale‑led operator into a diversified, technology‑enabled solutions platform. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Commercial Officer will own the commercial strategy and drive go‑to‑market execution across existing and new business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead group‑level commercial strategy and market entry plans for multiple business units.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, and customer expansion against clear targets.
• Champion the development of new technology‑enabled products and services.
• Oversee branding, marketing, corporate communications and public relations.
• Govern sales processes, bid management, account management and procurement activities.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor pipeline and commercial performance.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in business strategy, branding, marketing/PR and commercial leadership.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of building best‑in‑class commercial functions in a B2B/services environment.
• Hands‑on, dynamic leadership style with strong senior stakeholder and government relationship skills.
• Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is highly beneficial.
• Strong commercial finance acumen and ability to develop financial business cases.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
