About the role
The Chief Executive Officer will steer a Saudi‑based fintech that specializes in B2C micro‑lending. Reporting to the board, the CEO will be responsible for scaling the lending portfolio, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall business strategy and growth plans.
- Scale B2C lending products such as micro‑loans, BNPL and digital credit.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies (e.g., SAMA).
- Oversee credit risk, underwriting, collections and NPL management.
- Drive revenue growth while preserving portfolio quality.
- Build strategic partnerships and lead fundraising initiatives.
- Lead product innovation and digital transformation efforts.
Required profile
- 13–18+ years of professional experience, including senior executive roles.
- Strong background in fintech, digital lending, banking or micro‑finance.
- Proven track record scaling B2C lending or BNPL businesses.
- Deep understanding of risk, credit and regulatory frameworks.
