Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to steer Burjline Builders towards its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will define strategic direction, drive profitability, and inspire the executive team across our Riyadh operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s overall strategic plan in alignment with the group’s vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage the executive team, providing guidance and support to achieve business goals.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Manage financial performance, driving profitability through budgeting and cost‑control measures.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums.
• Maintain deep market and competition insight, proactively addressing potential challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a large corporation or conglomerate.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
