Chief Facility HSE Officer

About the role

Executive leader responsible for defining and governing health, safety and environment (HSE) strategy across all KFSH&RC hospital facilities in Riyadh, Jeddah and Madinah. The role ensures safe, compliant and resilient facilities for patients, staff, visitors and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Define enterprise HSE strategy, multi‑year plan and own the integrated HSE Management System (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
• Direct campus HSE teams, oversee fire and life‑safety programs, and represent the hospital before regulators and accreditation bodies.
• Advise executive leadership on facility safety risk and build a sustained culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years progressive HSE experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in large healthcare or complex multi‑site organizations, leading ISO 45001/ISO 14001 systems and regulatory engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Fire Protection, Safety, Mechanical, Civil) or related field; Master’s preferred.
