About the role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will join the executive leadership team to steer the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial health and supporting long‑term growth. This senior role requires deep expertise in financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, combined with strong leadership abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the overall financial strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial reports for the executive team and board of directors.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance metrics, and key performance indicators to meet financial targets.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights to guide decision‑making.
• Establish and maintain robust financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.
• Build and nurture relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions, communicating the company’s financial vision.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role within a large organization.
• Proven track record of designing and executing financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
• Extensive experience in financial risk management, investment analysis, and capital allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex compliance regulations and manage audits.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Experience leading high‑performing finance teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
