About the role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for SATS Saudi Arabia will lead financial planning, strategy development, and investment assessment to ensure the company's resources are used effectively and align with overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support corporate goals.
- Assess investment opportunities and provide strategic decision support.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with Saudi tax regulations.
- Lead treasury management and governance activities.
Required profile
- Minimum of 120 months (10 years) of relevant finance experience.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws, Zakat and VAT requirements.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance in a large, multinational environment.
