Chief Marketing Officer – Founding University Launch

About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the creation and execution of the brand strategy for a new university launch, driving enrolment, brand awareness, and overall business growth across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring strong positioning and market competitiveness.
• Develop annual marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with enrolment and revenue targets.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns based on customer insights, creative messaging, and optimal channel mix.
• Own the institution’s website and digital presence, integrating lead‑generation initiatives.
• Collaborate with student recruitment teams to meet lead‑generation and enrolment goals.
• Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through reporting, automation, analytics, and optimization.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and recruitment agencies.
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring ROI and accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of launching brands in competitive markets.
• Strong business‑to‑consumer marketing expertise and digital‑first growth mindset.
