Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead Arabian Centres’ marketing function, shaping digital and traditional strategies that drive footfall, brand awareness and revenue across all mall locations. Reporting to senior leadership, the CMO will align marketing initiatives with the company’s strategic plan and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the digital and marketing business plan, KPIs and budget in coordination with Finance.
• Define and enforce ACCL and Digital & Marketing policies, ensuring compliance across all malls.
• Lead corporate branding, mall marketing, and media sales strategies, including leasing of physical and digital spaces.
• Oversee market intelligence, competitive and pricing research to support development projects.
• Drive innovation and digital product launches, coordinating with IT for technical solutions.
• Maintain relationships with key media agencies and anchor tenants.
• Implement customer service excellence standards and quality‑assurance audits at the mall level.
• Manage CSR strategy, programs and performance, ensuring alignment with the brand.
• Direct PR, corporate communications and digital media plans, working with agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive background in retail development, operations or related industries.
• Proven network with Saudi media agencies.
