Chief of Staff – Digital Payments

About the role

As the Chief of Staff for Digital Payments, you will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to senior leadership, driving key business priorities across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. You will ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational delivery within the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support regional leadership in defining, prioritising and executing strategic initiatives that meet growth targets and market priorities.
• Lead business reviews, leadership meetings, KPI tracking and operational governance to guarantee accountability and timely delivery.
• Coordinate complex projects across Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal and Technology teams.
• Facilitate collaboration with financial institutions, fintechs, regulators, government agencies and strategic partners to expand the payments ecosystem.
• Prepare executive briefings, business cases, strategic recommendations and performance insights for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Extensive experience supporting senior executives in strategic planning, business operations and performance management.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card payments, digital commerce, fintech, banking and emerging payment technologies.
• Proven track record managing cross‑functional programmes across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and tracking KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
