Civil Foreman – Saudi Biga Site

About the role

The Civil Foreman will lead on‑site construction activities at the Saudi Biga project for Greenland Group. Reporting to the project manager, you will coordinate workers, subcontractors and ensure that all civil works are executed safely, on schedule and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors on a daily basis.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct risk assessments and ensure proper use of PPE.
• Interpret project drawings, blueprints and structural specifications to guide the team.
• Allocate tasks, tools and materials, monitor usage and minimise waste.
• Inspect work in progress for compliance with building codes and quality requirements.
• Report daily progress, site issues and workforce performance to the project manager.
• Resolve technical problems and staff disputes promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in civil construction supervision.
• Experience in sectors such as training institutes, real estate, overseas companies or group of companies.

• Monthly salary between 80,000 and 85,000 TK.
