Civil Inspector

About the role

The Civil Inspector will supervise and inspect civil and road works on site, ensuring that all activities comply with project specifications, design drawings, and construction standards. This role supports the project team by monitoring progress, reporting non‑conformances, and guaranteeing quality and safety on the construction site.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect civil and road construction works to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor site activities, report any non‑conformance or deviations, and ensure proper execution according to approved method statements.
• Verify quantities, perform quality control checks, and review materials, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams on progress and technical issues.
• Support progress reporting and technical evaluations for the project team.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, site regulations, and relevant authority standards (e.g., MOT, RCRC).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil and road construction projects.
• Experience in supervision or inspection roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, specifications, and quality‑control procedures.
• Familiarity with local and international standards.
