Civil Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure projects team. The role focuses on roads, utilities and other civil works, providing cost control, contract administration and commercial management throughout all project stages.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs from IFC drawings and project specifications.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Develop cost estimates for different project phases.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare interim payment applications and evaluate subcontractor invoices.
• Measure completed works and verify quantities.
• Evaluate Variation Orders (VOs) and assess their cost impact.
• Support claims preparation and contract administration.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
• Prepare cost reports and commercial updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably on roads, infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proven experience with BOQ preparation, cost estimation, measurements, variation orders, interim payment applications and claims.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
