Civil Site Engineer – Jeddah

About the role

Esnad Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to lead on‑site activities for water tank and pipeline network projects in Jeddah. The role involves ensuring that all construction work complies with approved designs, specifications and safety standards while maintaining progress against the project schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil construction works for water tanks and pipeline networks.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports and coordinate technical issues with the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience in civil works and utility networks (pipelines & tanks).
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
