Civil Site Engineer – Networks

About the role

Esnad Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee water‑tank and pipeline network construction in Jeddah. You will ensure that all works meet design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while supporting smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil works for water tanks and pipeline networks.
• Verify that construction follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate daily activities with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Track progress against the project schedule and report deviations.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
• Prepare daily site reports and resolve technical issues with the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction projects.
• Proven experience with utility networks, specifically pipelines and water tanks.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
