About the role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead construction activities on a major building project during night‑shift hours. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site operations, ensure safety and quality standards, and act as the primary point of contact between subcontractors and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on site on a day‑by‑day basis.
- Attend and contribute to coordination meetings and internal team briefings, including accurate recording and reporting.
- Prepare short‑term planning for upcoming weeks, aligning resources and schedules.
- Develop and implement construction practices and methodologies in collaboration with subcontractors.
- Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting and maintain comprehensive project records.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Civil Site Manager on large‑scale building projects, preferably in the Middle East.
- Willingness and ability to work night‑shift hours.
