About the role
The Client Account Lead (CAL) Senior Manager role sits at the heart of Accenture’s Financial Services Client Group. Reporting to senior leadership, the CAL is responsible for building trusted advisory relationships with high‑value financial institutions, driving growth, and ensuring the seamless delivery of consulting, technology and operations services.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with C‑level client executives, aligning their business objectives with Accenture’s capabilities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand existing engagements and contribute to overall account growth.
- Oversee project delivery, manage escalations and guarantee client satisfaction through operational excellence.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across delivery, sales and operations, fostering collaboration and high‑performance outcomes.
- Stay abreast of financial‑services trends and innovations to provide informed strategic guidance.
- Ensure all engagements deliver measurable value and align with the client’s broader strategic priorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, consulting or client‑facing roles within the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing large‑scale accounts, achieving growth targets and delivering business outcomes.
- Experience in business transformation, technology adoption and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
