Client Experience Manager

About the role

A global communications agency is looking for a Client Experience Manager in Riyadh. The role combines account management, client service and campaign support for a variety of clients, in an entrepreneurial environment where you can work on some of the best brands worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts day to day, making sure deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Support clients at events and activations
• Develop external and internal content such as press releases, key message documents, speeches and memos
• Help set and meet campaign measurement and evaluation criteria
• Pitch services to existing clients and drive organic growth
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advise on the use of social media channels
• Guide account teams, assist in financial management, supplier coordination and activity reporting

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Experience from a reputable PR agency
• Agency or consulting background with a background in consumer/destination PR
• Ability to manage colleagues and teams
• Experience with measurement and evaluation-driven clients
• Arabic communication is mandatory
