About the role
We are looking for a Clients Servicing Specialist to join our consulting team remotely. The role focuses on assisting clients with various application processes, ensuring high‑quality data entry, and supporting company formation tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to process a range of applications.
- Maintain accurate data entry and document all processes.
- Use government portals to facilitate application submissions.
- Coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Assist in LLC formation and overall company setup procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience interacting with clients in a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Familiarity with government portals and application processing.
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changing tasks.
- Excellent multitasking and project coordination capabilities.
- Knowledge of limited liability company (LLC) formation processes.
