Clinical IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Clinical IT Specialist to bridge healthcare and technology at Mediserv Bank. You will support clinical operations, implement IT solutions, and help improve patient outcomes through reliable and secure systems.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and deliver customer integration and connectivity requirements.
• Provide expert knowledge on B. Braun IT solutions and general IT topics such as networking, security, HL7, and server configuration.
• Offer ongoing support to customers both remotely and onsite after project completion.
• Maintain high‑standard communication with internal teams and key stakeholders within B. Braun accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for all IT product‑related communication.
• Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders in hospitals and with local, global, and third‑party providers.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop real‑world evidence and present at conferences or meetings.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and product knowledge of the dialysis portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience.
• Professional attitude to promote a positive company image.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
