Clinical Research Account Partner (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote position offers a senior‑level opportunity to drive growth across clinical research sites in Europe. You will build executive relationships, develop strategic account plans, and influence the adoption of innovative site‑solutions that accelerate therapy delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across European accounts.
• Lead complex, multi‑country sales cycles from qualification to close.
• Drive new customer acquisition and ensure seamless handoff to Services and Customer Success teams.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers at leading research sites and site networks.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions to operational challenges and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Strategy and Product teams to share market insights and influence product roadmap.
• Represent European site needs in internal planning and go‑to‑market discussions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for proposal development and deal execution.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise or complex sales experience within clinical research, life‑sciences technology, or healthcare SaaS.
• Direct experience working with clinical research sites or selling technology/services to sites.
• Strong knowledge of the European clinical research market and regional differences.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets on multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Success in consultative, value‑based selling to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams throughout the sales cycle.
