Clinical Sales Account Manager – Radiology Solutions & PACS

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Clinical Sales Account Manager to lead the promotion and sale of radiology solutions, including RIS and PACS, across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics and key healthcare stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the KSA healthcare industry.
• Provide insights and recommendations for new product or service opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in healthcare sales within the KSA market.
• Demonstrated sales experience with RIS/PACS and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of the KSA healthcare industry, including key players, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• A valid driving licence.
